We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting our annual flagship online conference for the sixth time this year. Taking place on 13–14 November 2025, the event will be broadcast online on our YouTube channel for registered participants (save the date in your calendar). Registration to the conference is FREE.
As in previous years, the conference will comprise three sessions per day to cover every time zone. During each session, we will have the pleasure of listening to one 45-minute plenary talk and four 15-minute presentations. You will also be able to view posters during the conference at your leisure, as well as during dedicated sessions. We will also organise informal 'Meet the PI' sessions and workshops during the conference. Finally, you will be able to interact with the ABL community via a dedicated Discord server throughout the conference.
HOW TO REGISTER?
⚠️Please note that some pages of the website (abstract submission, live session access link) will only be accessible after you have registered for the conference. Registration is therefore required to submit an abstract. To register, follow this procedure:
Create a free SciencesConf account (if you don't already have one)
Login with your SciencesConf account on the conference page
Go to the registration page
Fill in the registration form (you should receive a confirmation email within 1h)
(Note that after registration, you may log out and log in again for the abstract submission window to appear)
PRESENTATION FORMAT
For those interested in submiting an abstract, note that two different formats of presentation are proposed during the conference (you can specify your format preference during the abstract application):
A 15 min oral presentation + 5 min questions
can be live or prerecorded (you still need to attend live to reply questions)
